Diary - Week 15

EVENT 1

   This Monday, January 12, was a coming-of-age day. However, I worked as a part time job at Goemon restaurant. I was very tired that day, because I went to bed very late. I was very sleepy. After my part time job finished, I went to a bar. I ate dinner with my junior high school friends. It was very fun.

EVENT 2

   This Tuesday, January 13, I had a class, so I went to KGU. I talked about our coming-of-age ceremonies with my college friends. I watched my friends’ pictures of theirs kimono and the ceremonies. I also showed my pictures. My friends were very beautiful!! We enjoyed talking.

EVENT 3

   This Wednesday, January 14, we had no classes that day. That’s because, that day was the day of we take make-up classes. I did not have the classes. However, I had a lot of reports and homework. I went to our college, and I did reports and homework. I was very hard, so I could finish some reports and homework.

EVENT 4

   This weekend, I had a lot of things what I have to do, so I did them. This Friday, I did English Central and Diary. This Saturday, I did English Central and homework of speaking. This Sunday, I did some report and studied English for test. This weekend was very tired. Next week, I will have some tests, so I will hold out them!!

EVENT 5

  Today, I will write about my favorite music. My favorite music is K-POP music. In particular, my favorite K-POP music group is Tohoshinki. I have some CDs and DVDs. They are very cool and they are good at singing songs very much! I like them when I was a junior high school student. My favorite song is “HUG”. The words of this song are very good. Please listen to this song! Also, I often listen to Girls Generations and Bigbang. Girls Generations is composed of nine girls. They are very cute and lovely and they have long and beautiful legs. Also, their dance is very cool! My favorite song is “Paparazzi.” Paparazzi’s dance is very cute. Bigbang is composed of five boys. I like their songs very much. In particular, I like “Bad Boy” the best. Please be sure to listen to K-POP music!!

Diary - Week 14

EVENT 1

   Last Monday, January 5, our college started. I met my college friends after a long time. We talked about our winter vacation. We enjoyed talking. However, I could not finish my homework. That’s why we did our homework harder that day.

EVENT 2

   Last Friday, January 9, I had an alumni association of my high school. I took part in it. That’s why I went to the place as soon as possible after my class finished. I could meet my high school friends after a ling time. We talked about our school life, love, and part time job. I enjoyed talking very much. I want to meet them again!!

EVENT 3

   Last Saturday, January 10, I met my high school best friends. They live in outside the prefecture now. That’s why we can not meet some time yet. I was very glad, because I met them after a long time. First, we went to a restaurant in Yamaga. We ate dinner. We also talked about our living, love, and so on. After that, we went to a bar. We had a drink there. I enjoyed very much. We had a very good time.

EVENT 4

   Last Sunday, January 11, I held a coming-of-age celebration in Kikuchi. I got up very early that day. I also went to a beauty parlor, and I had my hair set and I was dressed a long-sleeved kimono for the celebration. I was very tired when I wore a long-sleeved kimono. However, I enjoyed the celebration. I was very fun, because I could meet my junior high school friends. After the celebration finished I held an alumni association of my junior high school. Our junior high school teachers came to the party, so I talked with them. I also talked with my friends. I enjoyed the party very much!! I want to hold an alumni association again.

EVENT 5

   Today, I am going to write about my favorite food. My favorite food is sweets. In particular, I like chocolates very much. However, I do not eat bitter chocolates. There are always chocolates in my house, so I almost eat them. A short time ago, I went to Tosu. I drank a chocolate drink of Godiva in Tosu premium outlet. Godiva is famous for a chocolate. The most popular menu of Godiva in Tosu is milk chocolate decadence. I drank it for the first time. It was very good!! As for me, that taste is unforgettable. I think that Godiva’s chocolates are the best chocolate that I have ever eaten. I want to eat Godiva’s chocolates again. Please be sure to try it!

Diary - Week 13

EVENT 1

   Today, December 27, I had a party (jyosikai) with my college friends. We held it in a bar. We ate and drink. Suddenly, my favorite music started and the light went out. And then, my friends brought a cake. It was my birthday cake!! I was very surprised and very glad. My friends congratulated me on my birthday. I got some birthday present from them. I had a very good time!

EVENT 2

   Today, December 30, was my birthday!! I became a 20 years old! Today, I went shopping with my boyfriend. We went to downtown, Youme-town in Hikarinomori, and Kurea in Kumamoto. I brought boots. I was very satisfied. My boyfriend gave me a birthday cake and a bag as a birthday present. I was very happy. I had a very good birthday!!!

EVENT 3

   Today, December 31, was the last day of 2014. I worked as a part time job from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. I was very tired, but I had some plans after my part time job finished. I came back home as soon as possible, and I took a bath. I also went to a restaurant to meet an old companion of my part time job. I met them after a long time. We talked a lot. I enjoyed talking very much. After that I went to Yamaga to meet my best friends. We were seeing the old year out together. We go to Fudougann to see the old year out every year. This year, we went there too! We went to a shrine in Yamaga after we went to Fudougan. I had a nice time with them.

EVENR 4

   Today, January 1, is New Year’s Day. In the morning, I ate osechi and zoni with my family. We eat them every year and I like them very much. After that, I went to a shrine to pay our first visit of the year. I drew a written fortune. It was a little bad. I was a little shock. We went to my grandfather’s house. My younger brother and I got a New Year’s gift. I was very happy.

EVENT 5

   Today, January 3, I went to Kagoshima with my boyfriend. We went to Sakurazima, the Kagoshima Center Station, and Gokoku Shrine. Sakurazima was very big and we could see volcanic ash. We enjoyed shopping at the Kagoshima Center Station. I brought some clothes. I was very satisfied. We ate zukedon for lunch. It was very good! Finally, we went to Gokoku Shrine to pay our first visit of the year. I enjoyed Kagoshima trip. It was very nice time.

Diary - Week 12

EVENT 1

   This Tuesday, I had a reelect party of our club after school. I took part in this party. There were many our seniors and teachers in this party. Teachers told us some important story. I will hold out my job of our club when I listened to their story. I met our seniors after a long time, so we talked a lot. I had a good time.

EVENT 2

   Today, this Thursday, I had a year-end party of our part time job. It started at 11:30 p.m. after our restaurant closed. We ate a cooked at the table. For example, there were sukiyaki, kimchi-nabe, and collagen-nabe. I think that a collagen-nabe is the best!! We ate it with a sauce containing soy sauce and vinegar or citrus juice. It was very good! I recommend you it.

EVENT 3

   This Friday, I didn’t have a part time job. That’s why I went to Youme-town in Hikarinomori with my high school friend. First, we ate dinner in Rakeru. Do you know this restaurant? This restaurant is a restaurant specializing in an omelet containing fried rice. We like it, so we decided this restaurant. We ate an omelet containing fried rice and a parfait. We were very satisfied. Next, we watched a movie. We watched “Aoharaido.” This movie is a love story. It was very good. I was much moved. Please be sure to watch it! We had a very good time!

EVENT 4

   Today, I will write about my favorite book. My favorite book is “The Kindergarten of Grunpa (Gurunpa no youchien).” This book is a picture book. I read this book when I was a first grade elementary school student for the first time. The chance of I read this book is that our elementary school has a recitation meeting, and I chose this book. This book was very long and difficult for me to memorize who was a first grade elementary school student. However, I read this book everyday, and I held out to memorize. Finally, I could memorize this book! Also, I was chosen as the representative of our class!! I felt very glad. That’s because, this book is my favorite and this book has memories for me.

EVENT 5

   Today was Christmas Eve. Our school also started winter vacation. I spent this day with my boyfriend. First, we went to Youme-town in Hikarinomori, and we enjoyed shopping. We also brought KFC. After that, we went to Sanpian, and we brought an ice cake of 31 ice cream. We came back my house, and we held a petit Christmas party. We ate a chicken, potatoes, and an ice cream cake. Those were very good! We had a very good time!

Diary - Week 11

EVENT 1

   This Tuesday, I did not have a part time job, so I went to Yamaga to meet my friends. I met them after a long time! We went to Sushi-ichiba to eat dinner. We like sushi, so we also go to eat sushi. In particular, we like a salmon. We eat it whenever we go to eat sushi. It is very good! I also like an amberjack, but it is a little expensive. I hope that it become low price. Lastly, we always eat a banana crepe. It is very sweet and delicious! We love it very much! I had a very good time too! I enjoyed talking with them and eating sushi. I am looking forward to meet them next time.

EVENT 2

   This Wednesday, I had a club activity. First, we had a sectional meeting. We talked about Kaisen-party. After the meeting, we went to Youme town in front of KGU. And then we ate a dinner. I ate an ebitanmen of Mister Doughnut. It was very good! Please be sure to try it! Finally, we went to Oe elementary school gymnasium. And there, we enjoyed playing volleyball and dodge ball. I played them after a long time, so next day, I had a muscular pain! However, I had a very good time!

EVENT 3

   This Thursday, I made a motsu-nabe with my boyfriend. I made it for the first time. It was easy for me to make. We ate it for dinner. It was very good! We have eaten it our full. We prepared sime. Do you know “sime”? Japanese often take rice or noodles in a nabe after they eat a nabe. It is called “sime.” However, we could not eat sime. That’s because, we ate too much! I felt a little disappointed, but we enjoyed it. I want to make and eat it again.

EVENT 4

   This Saturday, I did not have a part time job. That’s why I went to Saisyunkan to see illuminations. Saisyunkan’s illumination is the most popular and beautiful in Kumamoto. That day, it was too crowded, so we had to wait about an hour to see illuminations. It was very cold. However, the illumination was very beautiful! I felt worth waiting for it. I recommend you this illumination. You should see this!!

EVENT 5

   Today, on Sunday, I was taken pictures of a coming of age celebration. First, I went to a beauty parlor. And then, I had my hair set and I was gotten dressed a long sleeved kimono. It is called “Furisode.” I wore it for the first time. After that, I went to a photo studio in Oe. I was very nervous when I had my photograph taken. However, I also enjoyed. Finally, I went to my grandparents’ house to show my furisode. My grandparents looked very glad. I was very glad too. Today was very busy, but I had good experience. I am looking forward to Coming of Age Day!

Diary - Week 10

EVENT 1

Today, on Monday, I did not have a part time job. That’s why I studied English and did a lot of my homework after school with my friend, Yukari, at KGU library. I did it for about 3 hours. I was very tired, but I could finish some homework!! However, I still have some homework. I will hold out after come back home!

EVENT 2

   Last Tuesday, we had a transfer of our club work, so my club members and I went to downtown. We also joined the seniors of our club. After we met, we went to one restaurant to eat dinner and talk. This restaurant was Machikara. This is a specialty restaurant of udon. There are many kinds of udon. I could not decide which one. Finally, I ate a kamaage-udon and a nimi motsu-don. Those were very good! Also, we could listen to our senior’s talk. We had a very good time!

EVENT 3

   Last Thursday, I went to Kurea in Kumamoto after school. I went there to eat lunch with my boyfriend. Kurea has a lot of restaurants, so we could not decide. We decided a buffet style restaurant after all. This restaurant had many kinds of dishes. For example, there were karaage, spaghetti, and pizza. In addition, there were many sweets, for example soft ice cream, cakes, and a waffle. I had eaten my full!! After that, we enjoyed shopping. Kurea also has a lot of shops. I wanted winter clothes, but I did not have much money. That’s why, I will go there again. We had a nice time!!

EVENT 4

   This weekend, I had a part time job. I also had a lot of homework. That’s why, I was very busy! First, I read a book, because I have to write a report about a book. This book was very difficult. I do not like reading book, so I was very tired. After read a book, I have to go to my part time job. I worked about 5 hours. I was very tired. After, I came back home, I did my homework. However, I could not finish it. I will hold out next week! This weekend was very tired weekend!

EVENT 5

   Today, I will write about my favorite season. My favorite season is winter. I have two reasons. One reason is that I do not like hot and rain weather. Summer is very very hot and summer has a lot of rainy days, so I do not like summer. On the contrary, winter is does not hot! Also, winter has snowy days. I like snow! The other reason is that winter has a lot of events. For example Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and Valentine’s Day. Also, my birthday is December 30 and I will hold a coming of age celebration this year. Every year, I can eat some cakes in winter. I like sweets very much, so I feel so happy. I have a lot of enjoyable events in winter. That’s because, winter is the best season that I like!!

Diary - Week 9

EVENT 1

   Last Tuesday, we had a seminar of job hunting. We could listen to our seniors’ experiences. I do not have a dream yet. I also do not have things which I am proud of. That’s why I had a sense of impending crisis for my future. I also thought that I have to hold out study English and find things which I want to do in the future! This seminar was very good!

EVENT 2

   Last Wednesday, I went to KGU library, and I borrowed a book. This book was “Fushiginasyonen (The Mysterious Strenger).” Do you know this book? Mark Twain wrote this book. The reason why I read it is that I have to write a report about this book. It is too long for me to read! I thought that it is also difficult to understand. I have not finished reading it yet. I have to read the rest two books! I want to cry for a lot of homework!!!

EVENT 3

   Last Thursday, I went to Doutonbori with my boyfriend. Do you know this restaurant? This is a specialty restaurant of okonomiyaki and the restaurant we can eat as much as we like. I like okonomiyaki very much, so I ate two okonomiyaki! I have eaten my fill! After we ate a lunch, we went to Youme-town in Hikarinomori to go shopping. I brought a coat. It was a little expensive, but I was satisfied very much! I will wear it next week!

EVENT 4

   Last Saturday, I went to Aso Farm Land to see illuminations with my boyfriend. We also went to Nabeshima to eat dinner before we went to Aso. Nabeshima is a specialty restaurant of yakiniku. I like yakiniku! I ate yakiniku after a long time, so I was very happy! Aso Farm Land’s illuminations were very beautiful! I saw illuminations for the first time this year. I want to go to Saisyunkan to see it too!

EVENT 5

   Last Sunday, I had a part time job all day long. That day was Sunday, so our restaurant was very busy!! In addition, our restaurant’s menu will change from December 1, so we had a lot of works! I was very tired that day, so I slept after came home. I could not do a lot of homework… I will hold it out today!
